- buy their first home property with agreement to future sale, lease or after a period of enjoyment in assignment of up to 4 years. The parties may agree to purchase housing even before the expiry of the 4-year lease or assignment of enjoyment. The Region provides a subsidy of € 10,000.00
for housing, which increases to € 13,000.00 for housing built with construction techniques that ensure the full implementation of the requirements of energy performance of buildings and energy facilities, provided by resolution of the Legislative Assembly No. 156/2008. In addition, the contribution may be increased by an additional amount of Euro 2,000.00
